School Norms

  • Every student should carry his/her diary to school every day.
  • Date of birth and name once entered in the register will not be altered.
  • Students coming late will get a “LATE COMER” mark in their diaries. Those students who come late more than three times will be fined and issued a warning letter. Serious note will be taken in cases of habitual lack of punctuality.
  • Students must be picked up punctually after school hours for the day. The school cannot be held responsible for the safety of any pupil beyond that period.
  • pupil will be allowed to leave school during working hours. No half-day leave application would be entertained.
  • If a pupil is wanted back home urgently for any emergency during school hours, the escort should have a written note from the parent, bearing the signature identical to the specimen signature entered in his diary. Pupils will preferably be handed over to parents/guardians. Functions, going out station and sudden light programmes will not be treated as emergencies.
  • Sick children should not be sent to school.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry their tiffins and other things required in school with them when they leave for school in the morning. We do not accept any items sent through servants or friends during working hours due to security reasons. In case the child has not brought his tiffin, the school will take care of the child by making him share with his peer group.
  • must carry text books/notebooks according to the given Time Table.
  • students are advised not to bring valuables like costly stationery, watches, jewellery, magazines, comics etc. to school. These, if brought will be confiscated and not returned to the students. The school will not be responsible for any articles lost. Children are not allowed to wear watches (till class V) or other valuable jewellery etc. to school.
  • willful damage done by a pupil to the building, furniture, apparatus or any other school property is liable to be made good by the guardian.
  • Parents must make it a point to come and meet the concerned teacher when they are called to discuss the progress of their wards.
  • Students of all classes are to accompany their parents in their school uniform and carry their diaries for ‘Parent Teacher Meetings’.
  • No expensive gifts on birthdays are allowed in the school. You may send two toffees per child, if desired. Anything other than this will be sent back home. Kindly do not leave anything at the reception in this connection for any other staff etc. Children only till class II are allowed to come in their casuals on their birthday.
