- Students are expected to submit leave application only on the Leave Application Forms given.
- Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than five consecutive days renders the pupil liable to having his/her name struck off the school rolls. Re-admission will be considered only on payment of fresh admission fee.
- Students absent on the first day of the session are likely to lose their seats unless a prior written application giving valid reasons for absence is rendered to the school.
- Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to the class after submitting a medical certificate. They would not be allowed to come to school even if there is an examination.
Chicken Pox – Till complete falling of scabs.
Cholera – Till the child is completely well.
Measles – Two weeks after the rash disappears.
Mumps – Until the swelling has gone.
Whooping cough – Six weeks. - Medical leave will be granted on provision of a medical certificate by competent authorities only.
