Instructions for meeting the Coordinators/Teachers

Parents are requested not to visit the classes of their children. Should parents wish to meet a teacher, they need to first fix an appointment. The best time to meet the concerned teachers is during Parent-Teacher meetings. They can however meet the respective Coordinators on any day during school hours with prior appointment.

School is a formal place and its decorum needs to be maintained. Please ensure that you are suitably dressed when visiting the school premises.


Instructions Regarding Uniform

  • Uniform defaulters will be penalized.
  • No fancy hairstyles are allowed to school. Hair should be clean and neatly combed. Boys should have their hair trimmed regularly.
  • Tunics must be just above the knees.
  • All clothing articles worn by the students should bear the name, class and section of the child for easy identification.
  • Girls are not allowed to use nail paint, henna, colourful hair bands or hair pins.
  • Students must wear their ID cards every day.
  • Parents are requested to see that their wards are neat and tidy for school each morning. Clothes and shoes should be in a proper state.
  • Nails must be trimmed on regular basis.

Dear Parents, please note the following:

  • No student, once in school would be allowed to leave during working hours. Prior sanction, at least a day in advance has to be taken for any such leave. No half day leave application Would be entertained.
  • We do not accept any item sent during working hours due to security reasons and also to inculcate a sense of responsibility in the students.
  • No gifts are allowed on birthdays. You may send two toffees per child if desired. Anything other than this will be sent back.
  • It has been noticed that in the race against time every morning, most of the students are missing out on their Breakfast’ which is one of the most important meals of the day. The result is increasing number of children reporting to the school’s Sick Room, complaining of stomach ache and nausea. We, therefore have a short ‘Fruit Break’ daily for the students They are required to bring any one Fruit/Fruit Salad everyday and eat it during the break.
  • Monday Special – To encourage the child to eat everything, the school specifies the tiffin for Mondays. Kindly follow the same to help us develop good eating habits in your child.
  • “Show and Tell” days are followed where the child is expected to bring his/her favorite toy/book/picture or anything else and tell the classmate about it. This helps the child become more confident and interactive.
  • Wednesdays are observed as ‘Activity Days’ for classes Playway to Prep II whereinchildren are allowed to come in their casuals clothes.
