Documents to be submitted:
- Birth Certificate of the child
- Aadhaar Card of the parents and child
- 2 Passport Size Photographs of the child
- Post Card size Photograph (along with parents)
- Caste certificate (in case of Reserved Category)
- Copy of Visa and Passport (in case of Foreign Nationality)
- Residence Proof
- School Leaving Certificate in original and photocopy of the Report Card of the final term
- Transfer Certificate from the school registered on epunjabschool.gov.in site (Applicable for Punjab State only)
Kindly Note-the name of the parent and child must be same in all the documents.
School Dues:
- Last dates for depositing the fee for the 1th, 2th , 3th and 4th quarter are 10th April, 10th July,10 October and 10″ January respectively. No reminder will be sent for the same. A late fee fine of Rs. 50/- per day shall be levied after the lapse of the last date of the receipt of fee each quarter. No applications with regard to omission of fine will be entertained.
Parents are requested not to approach the Principal regarding late fee. - If a student fails to pay the School dues for 30 days from the date, his/her name will bestruck off from the school rolls. The child will then have to be re-admitted after seeking approval from the Principal, having made full payment of the school dues and fine.
- If there will be any fee outstanding at the closing of academic year, the Progress Report will not be issued.
