Students are expected to submit leave application only on the Leave Application Forms given.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than five consecutive days renders the pupil liable to having his/her name struck off the school rolls. Re-admission will be considered only on payment of fresh admission fee.
Students absent on the first day of the session are likely to lose their seats unless a prior written application giving valid reasons for absence is rendered to the school.
Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to the class after submitting a medical certificate. They would not be allowed to come to school even if there is an examination.
Chicken Pox – Till complete falling of scabs.
Cholera – Till the child is completely well.
Measels – Two weeks after the rash disappears.
Mumps – Until the swelling has gone.
Whooping cough – Six weeks.
Medical leave will be granted on provision of a medical certificate by competent authorities only.
